    So on a 12 week cycle should you take 12 weeks off even tho PCT is 8? :s

    time on + pct time = time off
    So if you do a 10 week cycle. Wait 2 weeks to start your pct. Then do 4 weeks pct. Thats a total of 16 weeks. So 16 weeks after you finish you pct is start time.

    Please enlighten me how 5 days a week is over training. Cause I'm more then interested.

    Mon Chest
    Tues back
    Wed Legs/abbs/ obliques
    Thurs Shoulders Cardio
    Fri Bi's and tri's

    Weekend off

    If you find there's over training here please fill me in. I'm a mechanic so I don't exactly work hard. I sleep 8-9 hours a night, and take nutrition very serious. I joined this forum to gather information to better endure myself. I don't need to be called names
