USA, I speak english and no, those words are not "well known" here nor taught in school for that matter..
Maybe on the other side of the ocean its common but not here... Here we just say man, like "hey man" rarely fellow and if you called someone a "boy" here you would get knocked out by either the individual that you called "boy" or the group of men who was with the person you called "boy".. Here you just don't call someone a boy lol
Just dawned on me that ive heard the guy who was on american ideal say "rubbish" once lol. He was a judge named Simon. thats the only time ive actually heard someone say it..
