disagree with this. only do fasted cardio in the morning. and is doesnt matter if bulking or cutting, u wanna eat 5-8 meals aday, what your goiing to adjust is your macros for the phase. i.e. less for cutting, more for bulking. also the most important meal of the day is breakfast b/c of fasting allnite. after pre, post and breakfast is when u wanna split your carbs up. but like everybody said, 1-1.5 hrs is a good time to pre up.
