    Man, I get what you're saying, but trust me... if you're doing it right, you're waking to an alarm during the night to eat. If you're training, it's a terrible idea to let yourself fast through the night.

    no one is gonna wake up in the middle of the night just to eat, it doesn't matter when you eat and how many meals you eat as long as you eat enough for the day. your body doesn't experience significant decrease in available glycogen until 24 hours after your last meal.

    to op, experiment with it yourself, some like to work on a full stomach others don't
