Beautiful.

I did my first fast of the summer season on Sat. Just to see how I felt after a winter of stuffing my face.
And I felt great.

I tend not to fast on leg days which is today so Ill be back fasting tomorrow.

One of these days Ill start a log.

Would probably help keep me on point more.
