Also, after a 10 week cycle , my HPTA can be restored with a good PCT , also i will be taking HCG which will prevent testicular shrinkage thereby making it easier to restore HPTA.

There is no guarantee your HPTA will be restored fully partially or at all. Thats the thing its not fully developed and you are assaulting it. Why not give it a chance to develop fully?
