    i have just turned 18, yes my physic is shit hence im on a steroid forum. my bf is high due to the shit foods i eat , i have just started to look into nutrion.

    then give a real diet a chance to work. steroids arent a band aid.
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong
