That's kind of the thing, everyone has their own opinions on the matter. Your PCT looks solid, and it sounds like you know what you will be doing. I think 400-500mg a week will give you fantastic results (assuming your diet and training are spot on). 250mg you would gain off of as well, but not nearly as well as you would from 400-500mg. Then if you enjoy cycling and wait a few months you could run another cycle of 400-500mg test and this time incorporate that dbol kickstarter, or something along those lines.
