Speaking from real life experience here. I never tried a IF type of diet, sounds likeit does work quite well. When I start a cut, & just have I eat a minimum of 5 meals a day. All spaced fairly evenly throughout the day. Just like the last 2 times I did this, this time is the same. The pounds just shed, & shed hard. In under 2 weeks I lost 14Lbs. Too bad about half is water, but non the less it does work.
