A solid base must be formed before you use steroids. It's like building a house. You don't put the roof on till the foundation is poured and the frame work is in place.
Bulking or cutting isn't about what steroids to take. I am so tired of this myth. Diet dictates if you bulk or cut!!
This is brutal and yes RUDE honesty from me. You have very little muscle mass and appeare to most likely play alot ov video games while eating pizza rolls all day (god I LOVE pizza rolls). You need about 2 solid years in the gym with a good routine and a solid diet....then see what kinda foundation you build.
