I don't think I agree with this post.
If you're hitting your macros 100% day in and day out your body will eventually get used to the intake. I doubt one meal a week will make much of a difference. What I've been doing is taking 6 hours on a cheat day and eating as many carbs as I want. Then I go back to 'normal'
The only part that sucks is I really don't like to cheat at all...it makes it harder for me to stay on track.
