I've done my triceps and biceps...
for me my triceps are second best to shoulders... No PIP
biceps, I have to keep my bicep completely relaxed and placing the needle in, initially it feels like a really bad pinch, like when grandma squeezes your face so hard your like wtf... No pip there just discomfort... Biceps are my last resort

Ive done quads... I thought I was going to die... Imagine greeting PIP and going to work in 5 inch stilettos... I was like an invalid. The pain was ten fold in the heels and that's all I own for work... I sat at my desk for two days and didn't move unless I had too..
