Damn is it hard to not eat carbs! I've eaten enough chicken and broccoli to feed a family and still can not get full. It seems like I eat and 10 minutes later I'm starving. The gym went very well and even though I felt like I had no energy, my strength was actually up. My muscles seemed flat, yet very vascular and my midsection also seemed tighter. Suprisingly my weight still held at a strong 180. I was very pleased to see this after feeling soo depleted.
I have to have carbs. Me a sissy baby.
