Ive had this solid diet since ive started working out...
Meal 1 - 8-10 eggs with a bagel
Meal 2 - Mass gainer shake
Meal 3 - 8oz chicken breast with rice and veggies
Meal 4 - Mass gainer shake with almonds
Meal 5 - greek yogurt
Meal 6 - Mass gainer shake before bed
and throughout the day im constanly eating bagels in between meals
