Thread: how my diet plan for clen/t3 cycle im about to run.

    ^^ at 3200 calories per day i gain 2 pounds + per week. i weigh 205lbs and am sitting around 13-14% body fat right now. i am gonna have to run 2000caLS to keep my fat loss going as 2400 cals im just maintaining my weight.

    Yeah, but you've pretty much been cutting for 2 years.

    So reverse dieting for you is a must, it's more than possible you have some metabolic damage.

    Anyhow, all this conjecture is fairly moot in this thread as the OP hasn't come back. I do notice he has other threads about this with similar responses, maybe he needs to hear what he wants to hear and not what we have to say to him.

    LOL.. ill be going on a cruise in february. probably feb 9-15

    i suppose i could do it still since itll be a test only cycle and im on TRT..

    New Meal Plan.

    Most of my fats are coming from polysaturated and monosaturated fats and omega-3.

    Vitamins:
    Taurine
    Biotin
    Niacin
    Fish Oils

    Also drinking a gallon of water ED. (important because my protein is on the high side)
