Here's what I am considering. Will max out at 50 - 75 mcg depending on lethargy.
Week 1: 12.5 mcg
W2: 25 mcg
W3: 37.5 mcg
W4: 50 mcg
W5: 62.5
W6/7/8/9 75
W10 62.5 then 50
W11 37.5 then 25
W12 12.5
Run clen 3 weeks on/ 3 weeks off

. I will either run 1 or 2 cycles of t3/clen and then bulk. I have an event I need to start training for. Cutting now will help me with the endurance part 12 miles. Lean bulk with the strength portion - 25 military style obstacles.
