You can eat "clean" but if too much of your carb macros dedicated to real slow burning low GV foods, it can have a significant impact on performance.

Suggest maybe you post your eating plan in the nutrition section. include macros per meal and total macros per day, your TDEE, and include your stats.

We should be able to tell in an instant if this is the problem

I'm bringing this up again, now that I look at your pics that Marcus reminded me of. You are clearly not ready for steroids. By looking at the pics, your biggest muscle is your Table muscle. get that under control and learn to eat! Do as I ask and post your diet in the nutrition section.

Newbs need to learn what a foot is before they can walk. once you know what your foot is and know how to walk, then maybe in a few years, you can learn to run.
