    Ya, bent rows on back day. When bent over holding heavy weight and pulling it towards you, you have to use your hips among other muscles in your core, to keep from falling forward. Once I started going really heavy on those my squats started to go up too. Once you get the form down and proper arch in the lower back, you will feel your glutes and hips working to keep you planted.
