This would be my absolute last resort. The OP said he would like to avoid surgery. That aside most of the time when insurance covers the surgery they use a general surgeon to perform the surgery as opposed to a cosmetic surgeon. Their job is to remove the mass that is causing pain and discomfort, not make your chest look all pretty. Many end up with scars down their nipples, indents in their chest, etc.

I would exhaust all non surgical options first.
