You might want to look into DHT creams first or in conjunction with the Nolva. Of course see what the doctor recommends first and go see a specialist, not just a GP.

I would not worry to much about surgery, it's pretty minor and should leave no scar.

What would you say his body fat it? I know you said 6ft and 190 lbs but his BF still could be a little high. Maybe work on a good lean diet and get him to 10% or less. A lot of the time this will help get rid of it. Also I suggest doing about 100 pushups or more every day. Try to do at least 40 - 50 at a time

Lb I would say he is probably around 15-18bf. The doctor didn't say anything about trying to treat with nolva or dht creams he said he was going give us referral for surgery. I would like to avoid that if possible. I'm just not sure what to do if he won't prescribe and monitor bw. I'm can get nolva and I'm sure dht creams but not sure if that is really safe for him. Do you have any thoughts on this? Thanks!

Nolva would still work even if labs are in normal range. However, at his age I have to stress making sure you are doing it under a doctor's supervision. Let the physician know that you want to exhaust non-surgical treatment options first. If the Dr. is not familiar with using Nolvadex for the treatment of gynecomastia I can provide you with a number of studies to show the doctor or i would advise seeking a second opinion from another physician.

Thanks for your input and that is a good way to take it with doctor. I will get his bw results this week and I will drop that on the gp. Thanks again
