    Yeah im trying to be more laid back ... cause I have a gf now and need to be less strict even though she respects what I do but im at the point where daily macros mater more then one meal pre workout , I don't see how training fasted can eat muscle when you takes a pre workout bcaas than a meal right after ground oats whey and casein

    Well u wouldn't be in the fasted state if your eating or taking any of that before workout

    Bcaas are a waste of money if you're eating every few hours.

    You'd be better off having your shake (protein, oats, banana, PB, etc.) pre workout and then eating a solid meal afterwords.

    If you eat at all, bcaa's included you are not training fasted. BCAA's actually cause an insulin response the same a sugars will.
