    Thanks Brother.. My quads and hamstrings are decent but I can't seem to get my calves to pop. I'm probably just gonna hit them every day from now on. Lol, I'm 37 now so I probably should have been doing that years ago..

    You have plenty of time. Prioritize them and train the FIRST every time. Just plain force them to grow.

    Here's me about a year ago when I was bulking the like an idiot and got chubby, and the pic on the left is a few months ago. It took me a while to learn that it doesn't matter how hard u train or what u take, if your diet sucks, you're gonna suck lol..

    You are right man.. I remember when I was at the leanest stage weighing 165 pounds (from 194) I lost the control and started to binge eat every day and I couldn't stop man... screwed up everything and now im fat again
