Yeah usually under 80g and its made up of eggs with the most Omega -3s, I use macadamia nut oil and olive oil to cook my meat with and also occasionally put a bit in my protein shakes. Almonds (I'm careful with nuts though due to the high calories) and almond butter. And of course on my cheat day I take in a decent amount of saturated fats.
