    The first week or so of low carb sucked but by body started to adjust to it and now it's just part of what I do. As long as I keep my carb intake around my workout times I don't get fatigued during my workouts. I definitely get food cravings but I know that I'll be able to reward myself on Saturday so that usually does the trick.

    Well that's good for you if you can eat your carbs around your workout times.. For me I train in the morning on empty stomach and then after I start eating for the rest of the day.

    I'd love to be able to train fasted but I do so much volume these days I'd have to tap halfway through lol..
