Seated high cable rows - 6 sets 15 reps
Seated low cable rows - 3 sets 15 reps, 3 sets 10 reps
Chest supported T-bar rows - 3 sets 10 reps , 2 sets 6 reps
Machine lat pull down (focus on center of back, not lats) - 3 sets 12 reps
Rear delts
reverse pec dec - 4 sets 15 reps
Traps
Barbell Shrugs - 3 sets 15 reps
Haney barbell shrugs - 3 sets 15 reps
