Might want to incorporate some fish oils into this run then and whatever else supplement wise can help with BP. I know there a a few things but I don't know much about them as I've never had BP problems but I do run fish oil all year round.

I used fish oil in the past and found it did nothing for me. No effect on BP or cholesterol. I think it’s just hyped up. Are there any studies that show fish oil does anything?

There is hundreds of studies showing the benefits of fish oil. It is in the top 10 of supplements researched, shortly after caffeine and creatine. In fact, Omega 3 to 6 balance is one of the top deficiencies worldwide. It's up there with Magnesium and Vitamin D3. Don't remember exact ranking.

The problem is 99% of fish oil off the shelf is garbage just like every other supplement. In addition the general population has no idea how to shop for supplements. It's not taught in any education curriculum but they certainly don't mind shoving discrete calculus equations into math class.
