Just wondering if anyone else has had issues with gear causing odd soreness
An egg white is only 18 calories. Your oats are only 150 calories and 4 slices of turkey bacon are 60 calories each.

4oz of ground turkey = 120 calories
a 4.7oz sweet potato = 114 calories

You're not eating enough food. Even if you weren't on cycle this isn't enough food to sustain anyone trying to make gains. I suggest you stop your cycle and learn how to eat food.
