My goals have never been to become that jacked guy in the gym. I’ve been 250lbs and I’ve been 185lbs. I can say my body feels a lot better sub 200. My goals are #1 cut fat, #2 tone muscle and build if possible but not at the extent of adding fat.
I’ll be 40 years old this year, I’m not trying to look “swole”. I want to look good with my shirt off. I realize my test levels are probably getting close to the bottom of the barrel and this is why I’ve chosen to begin gear.
