I've have hypertension for may years, it runs in my family. I am on Valsartan 320 mg, Spironolactone 50 MG and Amlodipine 10 MG. I've had spikes in Blood pressure for years, but now it's more consistent and higher numbers. My Estradiol pg/ml value is 54.3, not sure if those levels are too high for me converting the Test to estrogen cause me to retain more fluid. Went to a kidney doctor, my eGFR ml/mn value is 78, my kidney doctor said my kidneys are functioning pretty good. Alt u/l = 67 AST u/l = 70 BUN/ Creatine Ratio = 16.4 Creatine = 1.22 BUN mg/dL = 20 Sodium mmol/L =140 Potassium mmol/L = 4.3 Creatine, Urine mg/dL = 73 Testosterone/ Total, SM ng/dl = 1050.

I still don't know why you don't try lowering your dose to see if it helps. Your serum T is 1050 ng/dL. Was that taken on a trough day? What is your free T value?

Things just aren't adding up here.

Estradiol in the 50s is high, see if can't get that down a bit. You do realize Spironolactone is an anti-androgen drug (AR antagonist)? You might be able to drop that and simultaneously lower your T to something < 100mg/wk and be ok. While ref ranges are assay specific, generally 1050 ng/dL is much more than is needed; that was 2x 50mg each 100mg/wk total test cypionate? That is kind of impressive to have that high a level with so little T.

Honestly lowering your T dosage and dropping sprionolactone might resolve hypertension and E2 issues [which are interrelated] with no other intervention, e.g. arimidex, etc.
