yesterday in the morning 9.30 i drank my smart gainer and ate a pizza sliced...
later on i ate beans with bacon onions white rice and steak tips.i dont drink soda so i always eat with juice or water...after i finished up eating about 30 minutes after i drank again the smart gainer shake. i dont know what micros nor food weight.....
but in general im eating all the time i work in a food place so im always chewing something and get a lil be here and there besides ma regular meals...
ok what you got to do is pre cook everything... seems like your problem is time. I know the feeling as I am in college have a side business that I run, and I work around 50 hrs a week. But wake up an hour or two early and cook meals for the day
but the good thing fresh31 is that i work in a food place so i can cook anything there you know and im eating and chewing every time im a headcook there so i run the kitchen...

also, you're wasting your money on "smart gainer" shakes and animal packs..... that stuff isn't cheap, and your hard earned money is better spent on whole foods....
may i ask why you cant follow a simple diet that are available on the site??
even when im busy, i do my absolute best to stick with it...... on sundays, i precook a lot of chicken and other meats and wrap them up, and that helps.
being prepaired and keeping it SIMPLE, is the key to success.

it's not a lot of dif foods, my diet consists of chicken breasts, lean cuts of steak, tilapia, eggs and oats, brown rice and potato, not many kinds of food...especially since you're a cook!

I make all my chicken/steak/turkey in advance. I usually make enough for 3 days. Keep them in sperate packages and keep them in the fridge.
They stay good for about a week no problem.
Same with my rice, potatos and etc... Its all very simple to do. As well as keeping track of how much i eat. Measuring it is also simple. All you need is a food scale you can buy at GNC. Weigh them out in equal portions, and store properly.
There is NO reason why you cannot do this.
hauhauah no problems no offense at all i know its not the best diet i do as much as i can really....have u ever hear about roids called dura50 thai 25 and primo orals? i ordered those cuz would be o begginer cycle stack section but i dont know if they are good im supposed to have them by wednesday but im thinking about cancel the order tomorrow......i hope they will cancel

Now ive hit over 200lbs.
It can be done. Its all about the diet. You need food to grow, its as simple as that.
And the more you eat, the more you grow.
You lift weights to get strong, you eat to get big.
even a small simple stack?i just dont know wat else i should do cuz i eat i love meat i bought buckets and buckets of smart gainer i bought musclemilk animal pak weight protein weight gainer and none of it helped....
eat more, more frequently, cut the bad crap out of what you eat. it's really that simple. you don't want to have to measure food amounts and all that fine. eat A LOT of good things frequently.

yep just ignore his suggestion remember the guy you e-mailed is interested in making money, so his goal is to sell you something not to help you out.
oh okay...that was a great help thank you so much....so when is the right time to start on roids...how did u know the right time for you?cuz if i gain 60 more lbs i wouldnt do steroids lol i thought u were supossed to do steroids when u were skinny...
