    oh in the morning i drink smart gainer and eat a toast sub with ham and cheese about 9 am...then at lunch about 12 i eat rice meet french fries and salad or pizza or a stek or a sub or spaghetti..aftenoon like 3 ish 4 i drink the shake again and eat like a calzone or some pasta.....

    i dont have enough posts tho yet...
    so i tried animal pak and this smart gainer which is good but takes too long to see results....i bought something called dura 50 primo orals and thai 25 they told me its fake so im hopping ill be able to cancel the order tomorrow when they open..i think a cycle would be good but i just dont know how to start....i lose weight way to easy you know so i would need something to bump up ma weight so i could keep it at the same or higher.

    Alright alright lets slow down here.

    Lets start with this...

    Write out everything you ate yesterday. Just a regualr days diet.

    Include how much the food weighs and macros if you have them.

    Lets start with that and go from there....

    yesterday in the morning 9.30 i drank my smart gainer and ate a pizza sliced...
    later on i ate beans with bacon onions white rice and steak tips.i dont drink soda so i always eat with juice or water...after i finished up eating about 30 minutes after i drank again the smart gainer shake. i dont know what micros nor food weight.....

    but in general im eating all the time i work in a food place so im always chewing something and get a lil be here and there besides ma regular meals...

    ok what you got to do is pre cook everything... seems like your problem is time. I know the feeling as I am in college have a side business that I run, and I work around 50 hrs a week. But wake up an hour or two early and cook meals for the day

    but the good thing fresh31 is that i work in a food place so i can cook anything there you know and im eating and chewing every time im a headcook there so i run the kitchen...

    nope haven't heard of them, imo sounds like they're fakes. But I don't know for sure.

    nope cuz i wouldnt be able to keep up with all the kinda food they suggest and also the measurents you know.....so i already have 25 post how do i do to sent u a pm?

    your diet is horrid...no offence....

    also, you're wasting your money on "smart gainer" shakes and animal packs..... that stuff isn't cheap, and your hard earned money is better spent on whole foods....

    may i ask why you cant follow a simple diet that are available on the site??

    even when im busy, i do my absolute best to stick with it...... on sundays, i precook a lot of chicken and other meats and wrap them up, and that helps.

    being prepaired and keeping it SIMPLE, is the key to success.

    glad you posted on here and did some reasearch before taking something that you arn't sure what they even were to begin with!!!!!

    hauhauah no problems no offense at all i know its not the best diet i do as much as i can really....have u ever hear about roids called dura50 thai 25 and primo orals? i ordered those cuz would be o begginer cycle stack section but i dont know if they are good im supposed to have them by wednesday but im thinking about cancel the order tomorrow......i hope they will cancel

    it's not a lot of dif foods, my diet consists of chicken breasts, lean cuts of steak, tilapia, eggs and oats, brown rice and potato, not many kinds of food...especially since you're a cook!

    i have done your before but with white rice and i would add a straberryshake on each meal...it didnt help me alot...i really work alot about 80 hours week so its really easy to lose weight...would not be good to get a simple cycle?

    nope not good. we're the same height, I got to 190 and was there a while before I decided it was time to cycle... you're too small bro, the diet is your main problem. You might not even be getting enough sleep since you work 80 hours a week. Do you work out?

    yeah i got ma 8 hours sleep everyday and i work out before go to work..
    watttttttttttt????190??????????i will never eever be able to get this weight...all ma family is mad skinny and at least i look alright with the weight i have cuz im short......

    my sister 5'3 95
    my mom (was very skinny too)
    I was 5'6 142(until i fixed my diet)

    I make all my chicken/steak/turkey in advance. I usually make enough for 3 days. Keep them in sperate packages and keep them in the fridge.

    They stay good for about a week no problem.

    Same with my rice, potatos and etc... Its all very simple to do. As well as keeping track of how much i eat. Measuring it is also simple. All you need is a food scale you can buy at GNC. Weigh them out in equal portions, and store properly.

    There is NO reason why you cannot do this.

    this diet i can because those type food i deal with everyday at my work....but all u do is this diet nothing else?how do u keep up with gain weight?

    Steroids are not magic beans.

    Before i started dieting properly, i was 135lbs @ 5'8.

    Now ive hit over 200lbs.

    It can be done. Its all about the diet. You need food to grow, its as simple as that.

    And the more you eat, the more you grow.

    You lift weights to get strong, you eat to get big.

    yeah it make sense but all ma family frame is skinny and small but ma father and brother they are skinny and tall.....so a stack would not be good?wouldnt it help me to get weight?

    even a small simple stack?i just dont know wat else i should do cuz i eat i love meat i bought buckets and buckets of smart gainer i bought musclemilk animal pak weight protein weight gainer and none of it helped....

    eat more, more frequently, cut the bad crap out of what you eat. it's really that simple. you don't want to have to measure food amounts and all that fine. eat A LOT of good things frequently.

    on this web page i tried to buy so before i buy i sent the guy an email asking the same question i asked u guys he said i should buy the cutting stack or mass stack....so i just just ignore it right

    oh okay...that was a great help thank you so much....so when is the right time to start on roids...how did u know the right time for you?cuz if i gain 60 more lbs i wouldnt do steroids lol i thought u were supossed to do steroids when u were skinny...

    steroids are used once you reach your full natural potential. I was 190 for about 2 years, changed my diet 3 times, changed my work outs too, the most I ever weighed was 196, that's when I knew I was ready for roids. and now I'm 206
    but I have a lot of weight in my legs too so people don't assume I weigh that much because I'm not like ridiculously huge up top
