Thumbs up My new fav outter head tricep exercise

Reverse skulls. Good stuff. Start light, its not like doing a regular skull. Kills the outter head. Give it a go!

I give, what's a reverse skull? Is that where instead of extending your arms to move the weight away from your head, you start extended and yank the weights back to your head? Seems like that might leave a mark.

It sure doesn't. Why dont you try them guy. Def dont hit biceps in anyway whatsoever. This was actually one of Arnie's staples in his tri workout for outter head development.

ditto!! I live them myself, I also do a variation on the high pully for pressdowns, where I reverse my grip to palms up, they both work the outer head very well, but I have to go light with them both for my wrists sake
