i am looking for something that doesnt interfere with gaining mass,something with little cardio,was thinking maybe kick boxing but not sure..
aikido is pretty cool and low impact.
I took it years ago...it was pretty cool
alot of wrist locks, flips, holds and sht. Yah, you'll get that basic self defense stuff, too.
Do some searches on it. I'm sure there are videos of it out there.
But it's nothing I would consider as 'cardio'
What about something like Krav Maga?
They don't seem to do a lot of intense cardio type stuff, and for self defense, you cant beat it.
