    Lower Lat Exercises

    What exercises target the lowest portion of the lats?

    Close grip pulldowns, one arm DB rows.

    Especially when done correctly. I see way too many guys using a straight up and down method pulling the DB into their chest area instead of letting the DB come forward in the stretch position and then pulling into the waist.

    barbell rows to lower abdomen, lat pulldowns and leanining back( charless glass says leaning upright hits upper back and leaning back hits lower lats)
