What exercises target the lowest portion of the lats?
Close grip pulldowns, one arm DB rows.
Hmmm. I might be one of those guys! Time for a form check.
what do you guys think about seated cable rows?
Slow movement, big stretch......
barbell rows to lower abdomen, lat pulldowns and leanining back( charless glass says leaning upright hits upper back and leaning back hits lower lats)
