Was wanting to get some information on CLA and L-carnitine. I read them and know what they do like CLA supports lbm and l-carnitine turns your fat into energy but was wondering, need help would this be beneficial I'm trying to build lbm but also get rid of some lower body fat in the bottom stomach.. Help please

Bf. Roughly 11-12% did it at the college on a electrode tanita scale!! I posted pics in members section but look and give me your opinion... Also I take whey isolate after workouts diets pretty good, eat healthy may have a cheat meal couple times...
