    Question Possibility of throne ligaments in wrist

    About 5 weeks ago i was doing close grip bench n on my last set i felt a pain in my wrist on the outside rite where the bar would lay on your hand if u were doing close grip. I went to dr had xray's no brakes or fractures the dr suggested possibly thorne ligament...told me rest for a few weeks. Its been 5-6 weeks and pain keeps comin bak. A guy at the gym whos experience with gear suggested to take EQ half bottle. He said the EQ would strenghten my joints and ligaments. is this tru? i did some research n i havnt seen anywhere of anyone using EQ for a injury . if this would help any suggestions on how much i shiould take n for how long? im not lookin to do a full cycle.     i have the same injure but i have tried to work through it. the only thing that i have found that helped since i havent taken any thing like eq was a lot of ice after every workout and just wrapping my wrist tighter.

    Is the bar in the same place on your palm a bat would be if you grabbed it?
