alright I know for the first 2 weeks you should take creatine twice a day but this sans v12 stuff says you should take it twice a day on workout days THROUGHOUT. It has 12.5 grams per serving. Aren't you wasting that creatine when you're taking it twice a day even after the 'loading stage'? you'd think you'd be pissing away that extra creatine.
And it says you should take it half an hour before you work out. I heard you should take creatine POST workout because taking it before will retain more water and make you bloated. I havent taken creatine in such a long time, can anyone help me out on these?
