Vitamins! How much is too much! What do you take?
Here is my list of what I take, most of which I have taken for at least 10 years.
Vitamin C 1000 mg 1 capsule
Vitamin E 400 i.u. 1 softgel
Multi vitamin/mineral 1 capsule
Liv.52 320 mg 1 tablet
Milk Thistle 350 mg 1 capsule
CoQ-10 50 mg 1 softgel
NAC 500 mg 1 capsule
I have takne most of these for many years now without much thought of overdoing it.Always thought that this was a good comprehensive vitamin program here, but lately have become a little nervous after reading info on taking to many vitamins can be toxic.Vitamin E is one mentioned as not good to take over 200 i.u's........whats your thoughts on this matter?

Just take multivitamin. You can't really OD on that. Worst case you will urinate the excess vitamins and minerals out.

400 IUs of Vitamin E is the recommended dosage. Doses as high as 2,000 IUs have been used as preventative treatment for Alzheimer's.
