    I dont like monohydrate.... but is this stuff worth my time?
    what if you use the caps... take them 45min before your slin shot... what do you think about that Chosen?

    I havent tried any capped CEE but it would certainly be much more convienent. I dont know if you could cap your own though because of how much moisture CEE has in it. I dont know if it would have too much moisture to store caps over a long period of time or not. I could play around with it a bit, but I absolutely hate capping things. I would say to give it a try though if you dont respond well to Monohydrate. One of my problems is remembering to take it religiously including days I dont hit the gym so caps would be alot easier if you go that route.

    ok week one into this about 5g's aday , i dont have that bloat feeling
    and really have that bloat look in my face that i get from mono.

    pumps during work out come faster.
    and post work out pumps last longer.

    do a google search but i believe its The AF store. I used to have them bookmarked a long time ago but I cant find it right now. Hit them on google though and that should bring it up.

    I have CEE from BB.com I have been taking 1 teaspoon before workout and 1 teaspoon after the work out with 50g of dextrose and Isopure. Do I take the CEE on my off days? Is this dosage correct for me I am 6'2 220? thanks for the help

    if you are using 5 grams a day its not pure creatine ethyl ester.

    as a note- Higher Power, by their own recent admission, CEE tested at 30% CEE. Thier is a lot of low quality and/or wholey different compound being sold as "bulk CEE"

    true, but its an indication that it may not be pure CEE and there is an abberant amount of untested material out there- some of which (HP) has recently tested very poorly.

    btw i dont know if somebody mentioned this already, but i found a good way to cover the taste is with that powder countrytime lemonade that you add water to. Just make it pretty strong.
