flax oil pills

what do u guys think about flax oil pills compared to the liquid...i know there has to be and absoroption time and what not.

go with the liquid, too many pills will need to be taken to get the amount you want. Also price with the pills will be a pain, due to the fact you will be taking so many. If you don't like the taste be creative, use it with a salad or protein shake,,no sweat,,,

I agree liquid is more effective...make sure to refrigerate it also.
