    m1t+4ad and atkins

    hey yall this atkins diet is treating me well but I have a question
    would it hurt to use M1T+4AD while on the atkins diet?

    Plus I have done a ccycle of M!T before and made me pretty fat. is that because my BF% is high? its about 20%.

    I would definitely not recommend Atkins and M1T. M1T is definitely a bulking supplement. Many people complain of lethargy while on M1T. A low carb intake will only intensify this. I suppose everyone is different, but I think the majority will agree that carbs are important while running M1T.
