Anyone in the UK here? What is Sugar-free Crystal Light?, and kool aid does not exist in England, you can't get it so can I have some more suggestions please? Also chocolate milk powder - do you mean chocolate milkshake powder? if then thats not really an option becuase it's just pure sugar really.

crystal light is like a lemon aide type powder. Try sugar free juices. Or use coffee, they make caffeine free coffee(decaf), or maybe instant coffee( do you have Sanka there?) Using a blender would be the best because you can use fruit. I grind up All Bran fiber cereal to dust pratically and put it in a container and ill add a few scoops of that to protein and a banana in the morning and blend it up with a little ice. Gives it a kind of nutty taste and its thick. Or you could try adding a few drops of vanilla extract. Or buy some flavored protein next time? Do you have anything thats like Kool Aid packets? All kool aide is is just the flavoring, no sugar. Do you have TANG or something, i think there is sugar in that, but they make sugar free tang im sure. Just some suggestions.
