Lipo6 Ephedra Free + Ephedra

i started lipo6 like a week ago with some ephedra tabs, and i havent dropped any weight. i look a little slimmer overall but the scale is still the same....any ideas? my diet has been good for like the last 2weeks and ive been doin cardio.

minus your age from 220 and times it by .65 and keep your hrt rate there for 45-60mins. Keep it low intensity and you should drop around 2 pounds ew of fat. 5 times ew

lipo6 without ephedra is a waste bro. at the same time, lipo6 with ephedra was the s**t. i lost like 25lbs on that thing during summer. u might as well go with hydroxycut + ephedra pills that u're taking.

i dont wanna spend more $$ lol....im a cheapass.....i got dnp on the way but since its takin so god**** long i decided to use lipo and ephedra...i had great results with the original formula too...im just gonna finish the bottle off i got about 20 day supply left...
