What would be the best post workout meal for somebody who is out of protien powder?
I'm so ****ing broke right now it's ridiculous, I just picked up 3 bottles of EQ this past weekend but now i'm out of protien powder!!! I have to wait a week or so until I get some cash for anything extra in my budget like protien. What do some of you guys do when your out of whey protien and you need a good PWO recovery meal/shake???

Eat something high in simple carbs, and moderate amounts of protein that can be easily digested. Sweet tarts are good for simple carbs.

i would spend my money on protein before juice.... but thats just me

Tuna and white potatoes is a cheap alternative.

protien is cheap! i just got a four gallon jug for 25 bucks... it is going to cost you that much for food...
