    Methoxy Pro

    I remember taking this type of protein a few years ago and my shoulders blew up and got real vascular. i was thinking of taking it again, im just wondering if any of you guys take it?

    It's over priced protein. The big deal about it is that it's basically protein with creatine mixed in. That's why they claim to give you better gains than any other protein out there. Save the money go to all sports nutrition and get 10 pounds of great protein for under $40 and pick up some inexpensive creatine as well.

    methoxy does nothing. At least not in the doses in methoxy pro, or any other methoxy supplement.
