    l-arginine(A AKG) and l-arginine(synthetic)

    how do l-arginine(A AKG) and l-arginine(synthetic) compare to each other???

    I am still partial to the AKG in A-AKG

    it provides additional benifits than just Arg alone

    alpha keto glutarate in and of itself plays a role in Energy production

    theoretically it combined with Arg increases effect
