Chrysin: useful or hype?
Hey guys, i have a question about Chrysin. I know its a flavonoid and THEORETICALLY reduces the conversion of testosterone to estrogen. However since ive been researching it i've come across alot of hype saying its great, and a few articles with actual research saying it is actually NOT effective (for raising free test. levels) in humans ( or mice for that matter ). Now seeing as i cant weed out the good and bad articles I figured I would turn to actual first hand experience. Has anyone used Chrysin successfully or unsuccessfully? Please give details. I have access to lots of this stuff so if its useful i'd like to take advange of it. Thanks in advance.

heh..
i did a search on here and answered my own question. So Chrysin apparently doesnt do squat for bodybuilding? Is this because its not an effective aromatase inhibitor? Can anyone drop some science on me as to why it doesnt work cuz all is see is "that stuff is crap!" and "dont bother i tried it and it sucks."
