I try not to use these in my daily intake. They are great to have on hand though.

I have found that "Zone Perfect" bars are quite tasty. The apple kind are my favorite. An they have 14 grams of protein.

For the price I would say Premier nutrittion. They have 30 grams of protien and I get 48 for $22.00 at COSTCO.

I am a fan of Bio-protein bars myself..cookies and cream or chocolate peanut butter..plus only like $16 for a box of 12

peanut butter meso and nitro tech are good. Every other flavor its like im hazing myself to eat them. If u can get them cheap thats what i reccomend.

Also, most health food stores have single bars for sale. Your best bet is to try as many as u can before u buy a whole box of something u have to force yourself to eat.

I wish each company sold individual protein mix packets so i can at least try them before i buy a big jug or box of it
