I find most of my info from this board actually. You'd be suprised how much info there is in old posts. Other than that it's all over the net, bulk nut, designer supps, and places like that. As for the studies, im an exercise physiology major w/ and emphasis on pre-medicine so i read about studies and conduct some scientific studies at school...
