    Fat burners burning muscle

    I was wondering if otc fat burners are known for burning significant amounts of muscle.

    not the ones out now. There is some debate wheter epehdrine is catabolic or anticatabolic. Persanlly its fatburning effects far out weigh any muscle loss. I usually improved my strenght when starting fat burners.
