Between meals protein blend.. Help?
I was wondering what would be the best protein blend to take mid morning and mid afternoon when i am in between meals...
1. 100 % Micellar Casein
2. 70% Micellar Casein
20% Egg White Protein
10% Whole Egg Protein
3. 50 % Calcium Casein
50 % Micellar Casein
4. Or is there some other blend you recommend?

wont make much of a difference. Id go with whatever tastes better and is cheaper.
